Those who know me, know that i have a bit extra pounds on me... Just to loose those, i started walking in a nearby park in the evenings, a few months back. That did help a lot and I lost a staggering 9 KGs in three months. However, tight schedules and lazy habits have restricted me from continuing the exercise.
Since then, i have kept my weight under control. I didnt loose any more KGs after that, but, not gained any either....

Why not try a static bike or jogging machine at home.Btw if you make your comments open to everyone ,our classmates will be able to comment too.
